Job – Cyber Security Engineer


  • Establish and manage network connectivity rules and processes in compliance with AeroDefense policy
  • Analysis of cyber security flaws, run penetration tests
  • Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with NIST standards
  • Participate in the RFP process, providing technical input and expertise for network security/infrastructure proposals
  • Manage VPN connections and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed


  • U.S. citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of experience in cyber security related field
  • Possess high-level knowledge AWS network infrastructure (for example, understand VPCs, EC2, Lambda, RDS, Routing)
  • Proficiency in data security measures and knowledge of NIST standards.
  • Proficiency with Unix tools and skills for network monitoring and maintenance
  • Expertise in Linux, Mac and Windows
  • Understanding of programming languages like Python and automation scripts for tasks
  • Willingness to cross-train and learn AWS cloud management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA Security+, CASP+ or CEH certified
  • Knowledge of NIST, FedRAMP and CMMC regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with cyber security engineering and implementing security controls.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000-100,000
